just completed my report, as at 11pm i'm surprise to see boss nos2 email. got down w a lil chat w boss nos1 just b4 i got off work and i foresee i'll be busy w (more to come)e changes he wants.
fingers cross, all i need is a smooth sailing nov and dec to welcome another brand new year, 2008! i'm actually looking forward to it. gonna work out some goals. finally seeing some light!
have finally got my long deepavali weekend sorted out after all our indecisiveness :)
managed to catch the gang on Sat had a gd meal at ichiban boshi and max brenners, but opportunity cost was the chance to catch up w my ex-colleagues. gosh all that gossip.
and am gonna meet up w peachy tom after months!
a v gd friend dropped a bomb on us when she told us she balloted for a new hdb launch, soon i foresee an engagement party! ooohhh. i'm really so excited :)
read an article on Life today, abt engagement rings. the bigger the better. and it's a necessary splurge, i didn't even know there were industry standards to such stuff. lol well its supposedly 2 mths of your guy's income. the article ended off w the female author mentioning how lucky her gd friend got a ring that was 4x her guy's income, but the guy funnily proposed to her with 'here is your ring, bigger than your pi sai (booger)'
